摘要 本设计说明书主要阐述年产31000吨（Ⅰ等高铝砖21000吨，Ⅱ等高铝砖10000吨）高铝砖耐火材料厂的设计过程中的相关问题以及设计方案的选择。首先，根据设计依据、设计原则、产品品种（Ⅰ、Ⅱ等高铝砖用于热风炉、电炉顶、高炉等）工厂规模和生产方法、确定原料、结合剂等。其次，依据制品的要求各生产车间的工作制度等。其中对原料、主机、仓库、泥料水分等工艺计算。以表格形式列出、作为选择设备的依据。最后，对初步设计完成后的每个车间视其特点而进行工艺布置，并对整个设计进行合理的技术经济指标编制。 关键词：高铝砖，设备选择，方案选择  ABSTRACT This manual discusses mainly the important question about design and selection about design of high-alumina brick factory whose output is 31000 ton every year. First, according to design basis, design principles and product varity (first and second high-alumina is used to hot-blast-stove shaft and electric stove),factory scale and means of production. Row material and blinder and determined. Second, according to the request of product, the manual determined the technological process matching grain grading, consist of grains, operation system of every workshop and so on. Technology calculation such as raw material, main equip. percentage of muistuize content of mud are listed in the form of table as basis finally, after the first step. the manual design the process of the choice of equipment arrangement matchs with particularily in every workshop. with regard to proper economical and technological standards. At last, discussed the unproper question. During the paper, A lot of figures are used such as the picture of equipment shape, the figure of equipment arrangement. Therefore, we can easily reading this paper.
