Following the research results of Institute for Information Industry on October, 2011, we find people can accept the cloud computing technology about 38.9%. We know the situation will be improved if the industry can cooperate by each other. Based on these viewpoints, our study is focused on the subjects about consumers’behavior, psychology and acceptance behavior. We try to find those factors that will influence people to use cloud computing technology.
