: 研究了过机水流水力因素及浑水中泥沙特性对水轮机磨蚀状态的影响, 分析了国内主要电站水轮机的相关过
流指标数据, 研究确定了水轮机部件磨蚀试验设备的试验参数、设计参数及关键问题, 确定了试验设备旋转喷射式
磨蚀试验原理, 完成了冲磨试验设备的研制。试验设备扩大了适应工况范围, 模拟工况真实, 调速范围大, 冲刷速度
高, 冲刷角度可调, 有效提高了磨蚀试验的效率。
