The group carried out a series of activities at Dunhuang, including investigating the contents of the caves, copying murals, photographing the caves, and purchasing cultural relics. This paper presents a textual study on when the Group arrived at Dunhuang and what they have done and corrects some errors found in memoirs and oral history.
