胃癌组织中Survivin表达及其及临床病理特征及预后关系[摘要] 目的 探讨胃癌组织中Survivin的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测80例胃癌标本中Survivin的表达，并探讨其与患者组织学类型、TNM分期和淋巴结转移等临床病理特征和预后的关系。另选择30例正常的胃黏膜标本组织作对照。结果 胃癌组织中Survivin的阳性率明显高于正常胃黏膜（P＜0.01）。低分化、中分化胃癌Survivin的阳性率较高分化明显升高（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）。胃癌PTNM分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的Survivin的阳性率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期（P＜0.01），淋巴结转移组Survivin的阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移组（P＜0.01）。Survivin阳性表达组的3年生存率明显低于Survivin阴性表达组（P＜0.05）。结论Survivin参与胃癌的发生发展过程，Survivin基因与胃癌临床病理特征和预后具有明显相关性。 [关键词]胃癌；免疫组化；Survivin；临床病理特征；预后 [中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码]B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）25-130-02 The Expression of Survivin Protein in Gastric Carcinoma and Its Relation with Clinicopathological Character and Prognosis ZHANGHuayuan Department of Pathology，Taizhou Municipal Hospital inZhejiang Province，Taizhou，318000 China [Abstract] ObjectiveTo explore the expression of protein Survivin in gastric carcinoma and its relation with clinicopathological character and prognosis.Methods The expression of protein Survivin of 80 specimens of gastric carcinoma by surgical ablation were detected by immunohistochemisty， and investigate its relation with prognosis and clinicopathological character such as histology type，TNM staging，lymphaden metastasis. 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa were set as control. Results The positive rate of Survivin of gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal gastric mucosa（P＜0.01）. The positive rates of Survivin in middle and poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma were both significantly higher than that in well differentiated tissue（P＜0.01 or P＜0.05）.The positive rates of Survivin in PTNM staging III and IV was significantly higher than that in staging I and II（P＜0.01）. The positive rates of Survivin in gastric carcinoma with lymphaden metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymphaden metastasis（P＜0.01）.The 3-year survival rate of patients with Survivin positive expression was significantly lower than patients with Survivin negative expression（P＜0.05）.
