国产6 MW超临界汽轮机组能耗现状及
存在的问题

摘要：针对国产600MW超临界汽轮机热耗率普遍高于设计值。导致机组供电煤耗偏高、运行经济性达不到预
期水平的问题，分析了国产600MW超临界汽轮机组热耗率现状。并以桌机组试验数据为例，定量分析了各种
因素偏离设计值对汽轮机热耗率的影响．认为汽缸效率偏低，轴封及门杆漏汽量大、高压加热器端差大、机组
背压高、热力系统泄漏严重等是影响国产600MW超临界汽轮机组热耗率的主要原因。
关键词：超临界压力机组；汽轮机；热耗率；热平衡法
