摘要：采用专利技术功效图的分析方法，研究国内外LED灯管的专利技术发展现状，比较美国、欧洲与
中国的专利技术分布差异，了解中国各地区的专利现状，分析出现专利技术的雷区与技术空白
点，为中国企业做好专利布局、规避设计、制定产品销售策略提供参考依据。
