高压断路器状态参数测试仪的研制

摘要：为了准确测试断路器状态参数以提高电力系统的可靠性，提出了线圈电流信号的小波变换处理方法，
利用对瞬时信号反应灵敏的霍尔电流传感器进行断路器合、分闸线圈电流信号的测试，使用高精度光电编码
器及复杂可编程逻辑器件实现动触头行程信号的精确测量。本测试仪采用多CPU分立采集处理、中央控制器
集中控制的结构．创建了安全数码存储卡文件系统进行数据的存储、管理及查询。实际应用表明，该系统能很
好实现各参数的精确测量及数据的高效管理。
