火电厂脱硫烟囱陶瓷玻化砖防腐应用研究

摘要：结合山西某电厂脱硫烟囱防腐工程实例，介绍了CLT—I和CLT～II两种陶瓷玻化砖及其配套粘结剂耐酸胶泥和弹
性耐酸粘结剂的性能，及防腐施工工艺流程、关键部位(烟囱壁板、积灰平台、牛腿、烟道接口及烟囱顶口)防腐施工方
案、处理措施和施工重要事项等，并对陶瓷玻化砖防腐效果以及几种常用防腐材料性能比较分析，为陶瓷玻化砖在火d邑／--
脱硫烟囱防腐应用提供参考。
