挤压型银石墨触点脱碳层分析
及钎焊后剪切力研究

摘要：银石墨是一种特殊的材料，由于银与碳不能形成合金，一般是采用混粉工艺制作。混粉后的工艺
分为两种，一种是混粉后进行模压、烧结、复压；另一种是混粉后进行压锭，通过烧结、挤压的方式得到
需要的形状，再进行切断、脱碳、切分等。挤压型银石墨的脱碳层由于失去碳而成为一层疏松多孔的材
料，将此种触点进行钎焊连接后，其剪切力的大小与脱碳层的抗剪强度有很大关系。
