研 究 与 开 发 配电网自动化通信规约转换器的设计 1 2 1 1 1 黄世远 杨如辉 郭谋发 杨耿杰 高 伟 (1.福州大学电气工程与自动化学院，福州 350002；2.福建省漳浦县供电有限公司，福建 漳浦 363200) 摘要 通信规约转换器可实现不同设备间不同通信规约的互换。从硬件和软件两方面论述了通信 规约转换器的设计。硬件分为系统和接口 2 部分，系统部分使用 RCM5700 模块，内含 CPU、存储器、 复位等电路；接口部分扩展 RS-232 通信、RS-485 通信、GPRS 通信、ZigBee 通信等。软件基于 μC/OS-II 嵌入式操作系统设计，程序采用多任务、多缓冲区结构。所设计规约转换器实现自定义规约和 DL/T 645 规约与负控规约间的转换，并可根据不同应用场合进行规约的添加及扩展，运行稳定可靠。 关键词：配电网；规约转换；嵌入式操作系统；通用无线分组业务；ZigBee Design of Distribution Automation Communication Protocol Conversion Equipment Huang Shiyuan1 Yang Ruhui2 Guo Moufa1 Yang Gengjie1 Gao Wei1 （1.College of Electric Engineering and Automation, Fuzhou University ，Fuzhou 350108; 2.Fujian Zhangpu Electric Power Supply Co., Ltd, Zhangpu, Fujian 363200 ） Abstract Communication protocol conversion equipment realize protocol conversion between different communication devices. The design of communication protocol conversion equipment is discussed from both hardware and software. Its hardware is divided into the system part and the peripheral part. The system part applies the RCM5700 module, containing CPU, memory and reset circuit. The peripheral part expand RS-232 chip, RS-485 chip, GPRS communication ，ZigBee comunication. Its software is based onμC/OS- Ⅱembedded operating system ，with multi-task and multi-buffer framework. It realize protocol conversion both between custom protocol and load control protocol and between DL/T 645 protocol and load control protocol ，and different protocols can be added and extended according to different applications, its operation is stable and reliable.
