The effe t of experiment pro esses on results of t rial w as analyzed omparatively . Res lts　M TT assay ould ex - amine pre isely hemosensitivity of oral tumor ell lines and fresh tumor tissue. But these pro esses of hemosensi- tivity testing of fresh oral an er tissue using the M TT assay were noti ed spe ially , su h as sele ting tumor tis- sue , preparing tumor ell suspension, ulture of tumor ell, in ubation time of M TT and entrifuge of formazan. Concl sion　Ch emosensitivity of f resh oral an er tissue ould be examined pre isely using the M TT assay.
