暂态电能质量的在线检测与识别系统

摘要：设计了一套以虚拟仪器为平台的暂态电能质量在线检测与识别系统，提出了一种以移动离散小波变换为
核心，结合有效值算法和模糊逻辑的设计方案，实现了目前常见6种暂态扰动信号的在线检测和识别，并通过
扰动发生和结束时刻、扰动持续时问、扰动强度和扰动类型5项指标来对各种暂态电能质量信号进行描述，最
后通过实验验证了所设计系统良好的实时性和可靠性。
