正交试验法在燃煤电站锅炉燃烧优化中的应用

摘要：采用正交试验设计法设置试验因素和水平，寻求不同负荷下的锅炉最优运行方式。考虑了辅机电耗
的影响，提出了锅炉净效率概念。以锅炉净效率为主要优化目标，综合考虑再热汽温、烟温偏差等因素，通过
试验得到锅炉不同负荷下主要控制参数和控制曲线，提高了锅炉运行的经济性和安全性。
关键词：燃煤电厂；燃烧优化；正交试验；锅炉效率
