复印机常见故障及解决方法(经典之三)（Common troubles and solutions of copier (classic three)） Failure cause: 1) scraper uneven or lax; 2) left and right gaskets fail; 3) excessive accumulation of flour; 4) blocking the cold in the powder transportation road. Removal method: Change the cleaning scraper; change the gasket (also called side seal); remove the toner regularly; dredge the powder conveying channel. 22, poor vacuuming effect Failure cause: 1) suction motor damage; 2) the wind wheel falls off; 3) dust collection bags are too dusty. Removal method: Overhaul and replace the dust collector; re wind the wheel; clean or change the dust bag. 23, the original illumination light is not bright Failure cause: 1) lighting tube damage; 2) the lighting fuse (fuse) is broken; 3) damage or bad contact of the lamps foot; 4) the lighting line is blocked. Removal method: After changing the reason, replace the lamp tube, replace the fuse, repair and change the foot of the lamp, and repair the circuit.
