四川山地丘陵生态脆弱区 治理恢复模式调查研究 1 1,2 乔波 严贤春 （1.西华师范大学，四川 南充 637002； 2.四川农业大学 四川省农村发展研究中心，四川 雅安 625014） 摘要： 四川山地丘陵区位于长江上游，水土流失严重，是我国严重的生态脆弱区之一。重要的地理位置使其治理恢复具有 全国性生态安全意义，然而复杂环境使得治理难度特别大，寻求适宜环境状况的治理模式是解决问题的关键。本文在进行 调查和参考大量文献资料的基础上，探究了四川山地丘陵生态脆弱区的形成原因，分析了“坡改梯”、格网式垄作、水土 保持耕作、聚土免耕立体种植、退耕还林（草）、低山丘陵区垂直景观、花园果园、林盘农家乐、小流域土地整理等治理 模式的技术要点，初步探讨了各模式存在的问题及应采取的相应对策，认为这些模式进一步改良后可在本地区大力推广。 关键词：山地丘陵区；生态脆弱区；治理恢复模式；问题及对策 The Investigation and Research on Rehabilitation and Restoration Modes of Vulnerable Ecological Regions in Hilly Areas of Sichuan 1 1, 2 Qiao Bo , YAN Xian-chun (1. The rehabilitation and restoration of this area have a very important effect on the domestic ecological security due to the important location, but there are many difficulties because of its various environments. The key to the problem is to find suitable modes to adjust the environment. Based on the investigation and consulting collections of data, this paper explores the reasons of the vulnerability in this area and analyses the main technological points of the changing slope land into terrace, grid-cultivation farming, vertical eco-landscape, soil and water conservation-farming, soil-gathering and cultivation-avoided farming, returning land for farming to fo
