LJ925 grew strongly in fields, was high resistant to tobacco mosaic virus, moderately susceptible to blank shank, brown spots, mosaic virus and root-knot nematode, susceptible to granville wilt. LJ925 was easy to cure, and the colors of cured leaves were lemon to orange. Leaf chemical composition of 9-13 positions was acceptable, with reductive sugar 21.00%, total sugar 24.74%, alkaloid 1.79%, total nitrogen 1.74%, K2O 1.55%, chlorine 0.40%, starch 5.51%.
