GIS技术在公路建设管理中应用【摘要】公路建设是一项巨大规模的实施工程，由于其包括的范围广、信息数据复杂、项目施工时间短、施工单位不集中以及要求的质量较高，所以需要采取合理的管理方法和科学的技术对公路建设进行管理，从而确保工程建设的质量并顺利地完成。目前，在公路建设中，普遍运用国际的竞争性招投标制度以及以监理工程师为核心的合同化管理的方法，为了与这种管理方法相适应，需要采用具有系统性的计算机工具来辅助工程的管理，从而提高工程管理的效率和水平。随着地理信息系统（GIS）技术的不断发展，能够将GIS技术所具备的数据查询、空间分析和图像处理的特点很好的应用到公路建设管理工作中。本文主要对于GIS技术在公路建设管理中的运用进行论述。 【关键词】GIS技术；公路建设；管理 【 abstract 】 highway construction is a great scale of the implementation of the project, because its including range, information data complex, project construction time is short, the construction unit and the requirements on quality is higher, so the need to take reasonable management method and scientific technology management for highway construction, so as to ensure that the quality of the project construction and successfully complete. This paper mainly to the GIS in the use of the highway construction management were discussed. 【 key words 】 GIS technology; Highway construction; management 中图分类号：X734文献标识码：A 文章编号： 一、 GIS技术概述 地理信息系统（GIS）是以电子计算机为基础，并在计算机硬件和软件的支持下，对空间数据的地理坐标或空间位置进行处理、对数据进行合理的管理、对各种空间实体和其之间的联系进行研究，不断实现空间位置信息和数据属性的结合。对各种原因进行分析综合，不断为应用提供所需要的信息，并用图形、数据或地图的形式表现出来。把GIS技术运用到公路建设管理中，能够提高工程施工的工作效率、确保工程的质量、加强对工程管理的宏观控制、提高工程管理的技术含量，不断为数字江苏和智能交通（ITS）的建设提供有利保障。 GIS公路管理系统 二、 GIS技术在公路建设运用中的实体表达 在公路建设中，存在的实体主要有：路基、路面、边线、中线、桥梁、立交、涵洞、隧道、排水、路基标段范围、路面标段范围、驻地位置等。GIS技术不仅能够对实体进行分层式的管理，还能够对区域、地形等进行图层
