Methods the ultrasonographic features of 89 cases of thyroid nodules proved by operation and pathology were analyzed by two-dimensional ultrasound. The two results were seen in thyroid nodules, 39 cases of nodular goiter, 50 cases of thyroid adenoma, preoperative correct diagnosis of nodular goiter in 3 cases, accounting for 7.69%, misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma in 36 cases, accounting for 92.31%, the correct diagnosis of thyroid adenoma in 48 cases, accounting for 96%, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as nodular goiter swollen, accounted for 4%. Conclusion nodular goiter is easy to be misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma. According to the pathological basis of the two, it constitutes the characteristics of ultrasonic images, which is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the two diseases.
