认识实验室用纯水和超纯水（Understanding of pure water and ultrapure water for laboratory） With the progress of science and technology, understanding of all kinds of things in nature are towards micro nature, the direction of development, requires a lot of experiments, detection of impurities in reagents or training has reached the ppb level, and some even reach ppt level; as in life science research process, a variety of pollutants the water is very sensitive, especially heavy metals and dissolved organic matter; HPLC requirements of the ultra pure water and so on. In view of this, a number of professional research organizations have established water quality standards. These organizations and standards are: Peoples Republic of China national standard GB6682-92 analysis of laboratory water specifications and test method, Peoples Republic of China national standard GB/T11446.1-1997 electronic grade water specifications and test methods, American Chemical Society Organizations (ACS), American Society for testing and materials test organization (ASTM), the International Committee for clinical laboratory standards (NCCLS), United States Pharmaceutical Association (USP). Here we first on the main application of pure water and ultrapure water to do a simple introduction: 1, reverse osmosis chemical reagents, cleaning the last buffer, the preparation of the laboratory ware water microbial culture medium preparation of the water hydrogen generator, indoor humidifier, autoclave with pure water or the animal drinking water etc.; 2, ultra pure water: animal and plant cell culture of various water for medical instrument, biochemical analyzer, hemodialysis instrument and water analysis reagents and drug dilution water in physiology and pathology, toxicology experiment water and medicine preparation room and the hospital central laboratory with purified water and high pure water and the water tube atomic absorption spectrometry the water babies all kinds of high performance liquid chromatogra
