With the complexity of ICU medical , - background taken into account an object oriented blackboard integrated model is put forward and compared with the distributed cooperative expert system tool BITAL-DEST . Based on this analysis, the initial system frame is realized,and by taking two closely related diseases of critical care as exam- ples an initial system with two blackboards diagnosing integrated is designed The result shows that, . taking the model in ICU medical aided diagnosis is feasible.
