毕业论文 关于资源型城市转型升级的研究 学 院： 商学院 专 业： 金融学 班 级： 经济创新实验班0901 姓 名： 郭钰 学 号： 0912181034 指导教师： 高越 二〇一三年四月一日至二〇一三年六月三十日共十三周 摘 要 在当今世界国家综合实力主宰国际竞争的大背景下，城市的可持续发展越来越成为衡量国家发展的重要标志之一。在众多类型的城市中，资源型城市是兴起最早、发展历史最悠久的一种。然而，近年来，由于城市规模扩大，资源开采过度，并由此带来了一系列的经济、社会、生态问题，导致这些城市的发展遭遇了“资源诅咒”的“门槛”瓶颈。因此，研究资源型城市的转型升级问题对于提高城市核心竞争力、增强国家整体的综合实力具有重要的理论、现实意义。前人的研究大多分析了某种资源型城市转型的出路，且大多是从单方面产业结构调整角度而言的。本文综合研究多类资源型城市及其转型的模式，包括以下几方面内容：第一，阐述了资源型城市发展的历史进程以及现状；第二，分析目前资源型城市发展存在的问题；第三，针对其问题提出转型升级的出路以及模式,并着重分析金融与产业支持对其转型升级的影响。 关键词：资源型城市，转型，产业结构升级，生态文明，金融支持 Abstract In the context of the world today amidst the wings of change, the comprehensive national strength competition under the master of ups and downs, sustainable city development is more and more becoming an important symbol of national development. Among the many types of city, the resource type of city, has the longest development history. However, in recent years, with the expansion of the city size, resources exploitation, and the resulting economical, social, ecological problems, the city’s development is suffering a “resource curse” of the “threshold” bottleneck. Therefore, the research of the resource type city transformation and upgrading of the city will improve the core competitiveness, enhance overall comprehensive strength ,which has important theoretical, practical significance.This article includes following contents : firstly, elaborating the historical process of resource type city development and status; secondly, analyses the existing problems in the development of the resource type city; thirdly, according to the problem of transformation and upgrading of the way and pattern, discuss the ways of transformation and upgrading of resource type city, simutaneously focusing on the aid of finance and industry . Key words: the resource-based type city, transformation, upgrading of the industrial structue, ecological civilization effect
