R. China) Abstract: From the existing form, the ocabulary of a language can be di ided into two Kinds: static and dy- namic. T hey are interrelated and supplementary to each other and form a existing whole of ocabulary. The static and the dynamic forms ha e their own features and functions. They are the same in the sense that both are communication tools. Howe er, the static components are the existence of relati e rest with potential func- tions of communication which are used as the dynamic components in order to perform the communicational function and become the dominant components.
