铁路隧道防水卷材存在问题与对策 铁路隧道防水卷材存在的问题及对策 铁路隧道防水卷材存在的问题及对策 Questions and the countermeasure have been in the waterproofing volume material of the railway tunnel 论文摘要：Abstract of paper 根据作者多年对隧道防水卷材设计和施工经验，以及对在建铁路隧道防水卷材生产和供应情况的了解，对铁路隧道防水卷材的设计施工，材料生产供应的质量控制提出几大问题，供行内人士讨论： According to the design and construction experience of author to the waterproofing volume material of tunnel for many years, as well as to the waterproofing volume material production and the understanding of the supply situation of the railway tunnel which is constructing, to the design and construction of the waterproofing volume material of the railway tunnel, several major problems are proposed for quality control of the material production supply, discuss for the specialized personages: 1. 材料设计标准统一问题（Unified question of the material design standard ） 2. 卷材施工的规范问题（Standard question of the volume material construction ） 3. 材料生产质量控制问题（Quality control question of the material production） 4. 材料采购质量控制问题（Quality control question of the material production ） 5. 自贴式高分子卷材、防排水隔离板等新材料的推广问题(The popularized question of highly polymerized and pasted oneself volume material 、waterproofing and drainage sheet and new materials etc.) 6. 防水卷材的耐久性问题(Question of durability of the waterproofing volume material) 7. 盾构及城市隧道的防水卷材的设计施工问题(Question of the design and construction of the waterproofing volume material in the shield and city tunnel) 8. 概述 铁道部客运专线开始建设之后，随着大规模的隧道开工建设，隧道建设标准的提高，原隧道防水理念发生了变化，设计、施工、材料生产都面临新的挑战。本文仅对防水卷材在设计、施工、及生产供应中在存在的一些问题提一已之见，望能抛砖引玉。 1. 防水卷材设计统一问题 铁道部原四个设计院，现在五个设计院，原来对隧道防水卷材的设计一般仅在设计说明中明确设计要求。二院、四院一般设计为WRM-100型号，比如宜万、渝怀等线；一院设计EVA卷材，比如乌鞘岭隧道，三院同样在山西，在太行山隧道设计了EVA卷材，在吕梁山隧道设计了PVC卷材。各个院设计卷材种类较多,不统一，引发了一系列问题： 1.执行规范的统一问题 现在设计院执行的国家标准主要有《地下工程防水技术规范》（GB50108-2001）,《铁路隧道设计规范》（TB10003-2005）,《铁路隧道防排水技术规范》（TB10119-2000）.以上三种规范作为设计依据没有问题,但是隧道防水板生产厂家防水卷材执行的基本上是国家技监局制订的行业标准《高分子防水材料》(GB18173-2000)或《聚氯乙烯防水卷材》(GB12953-2003)标准,标准内还分片材和复合材料标准,这样给施工中执行带来一些问题.比如，现在隧道规范要求隧道用的塑料防水板的拉伸强度指标为12MPa和断裂延伸率为200%两个指标，对PVC卷
