构建洁净手术部-消毒供应中心-洗涤中心集约化管理模式研究 Study on build - the ministry intensive management mode of clean surgical disinfection supply center - washing center （方 茜 孙卫卫 王萍 李娟＊） （贵州省人民医院 贵州贵阳 550002） 【摘要】目的：探索建立洁净手术部－消毒供应中心-洗涤中心集约化管理模式。方法：2010年1月，在我院已经建立了洁净手术部-消毒供应中心一体化管理的基础上实行洁净手术部-消毒供应中心-洗涤中心的集约化管理模式，主要体现在建立人员管理构架、科学设置和布局专业资源、专业护士整合配置、规范交叉流程、专业知识培训，并就该模式运行前后进行了消毒供应中心清洁区空气尘埃粒子数、手术器械质量、手术包灭菌效果、洗涤中心消毒隔离措施实施情况比较等结果进行比较 结果：手术器械及手术敷料质量、手术包灭菌合格率提高有显著差异（p＜0.05）、洗涤中心消毒隔离措施实施情况、消毒供应中心清洁区空气洁净度改善明显，患者、医生满意度明显提高。结论：洁净手术部-消毒供应中心-洗涤中心集约化管理模式能充分利用资源，有效提高手术器械质量、灭菌效果、敷料清洁度、减少院感机会，提高工作效率和医疗质量。 【关键词】洁净手术部；消毒供应中心；洗涤中心；集约化管理 中图分类号: R184．6 文献标识码: B Study on build - the ministry intensive management mode of clean surgical disinfection supply center - washing center /Fang qian , et,al. 【Abstract】Purpose Explorbuild - the ministry intensive management mode of clean surgical disinfection supply center - washing cente. Methods the ministry intensive management mode of clean surgical disinfection supply center - washing center has been established in our hospitaln January ,2010. Mainly reflects in building personnel management framework, scientific setting and layout integration, professional nurses professional resources allocation, standardization of cross flow, professional knowledge training, And the mode has carried on the quality of surgical instruments, kits before and after sterilization effect, partitions, washing center staff hand hygiene sampling to compare the result of sampling observation of quality of air . Results Surgical instruments and surgical dressings quality kits, the sterilization rate are significant difference (p 0.05), washing center staff hand hygiene and partition air sampling have improve significantly . Degree of satisfaction for patients and doctor has improved significantly. Conclusion Clean operating department - disinfection supply center - washing center intensive management mode can make full use of resources, Effectively improve the quality of surgical
