HTGW 水 泥 管 操 作 规 范 Instruction of operating Cement pipes 作业前Before operation一、安排两个熟练的门机司机 Arrange two skillful port crane drivers 二、码头前沿配备专人指挥，协调两个门机司机操作Allocate a director to correspond the two port crane drivers 三、作业区域应用隔离带或有明显标记的隔离物隔离，限制非作业人员及车辆进入We should use the separation belt or insulation with obvious mark to stop the non-operator or vehicle entering into the operation area 四、使用厂家提供的特殊横梁配钢丝绳或吊带（四组，单件负荷10吨）Use the special spreader which provided by the factory and match with the steel wires or the slings (four pieces, single unit load 10 tons) 操作中Operating 一、门机司机服从专职指挥操作The PC driver should obey the direction 作业中，指挥人员应先确认现场作业工人已处于安全位置再指挥门机司机起吊 In the work, the director should firstly confirms that the workers are in the safety place and then directs the port crane driver to lift up 二、入舱及垫木的放置Entering the hatch and the placement of the dunnage wood 三、工人站在水泥管上应注意脚下防滑The worker standing on the cement pipes should pay attention to slip 四、在码头堆放水泥管时，垫木的放置应与码头的横梁（承重梁）对齐,堆放高度不得高于4层Put dunnage wood on the beam (load-bearing beam) of the jetty when piling up, and do not stack more than 4 layers * * * *
