城市公交车辆换电系统工业设计研究 摘要基于目前公交车辆换电系统的工业设计相对比较机械化、零散化的基础上，这次毕业设计是通过对工业设计系统化设计、工业设计人性化设计的理论研究，以及城市公交车辆换电系统的工作设施的学习和分析的基础上，对城市公交车辆换电系统的外观进行系统化、人性化的设计。 这次毕业设计严格按照工业设计的方法，对相关资料进行收集、整理、总结，从而进行设计构思，草图，定稿，效果图，模型制作，撰写论文。设计的内容主要是通过对城市公交车辆换电系统的色彩、形态等设计要素进行设计研究，最终经过分析，色彩上采用了接受度最高的且科技感很强的蓝色和白色为主要色彩，造型上采用了严谨的直线和人性化的大倒角相结合的统一的设计方式，整个系统设计符合系统化、人性化。5727 关键词公交车辆,换电系统,工业设计,系统化 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 TitleResearch the industrial design of system for exchanging busesrsquo; battery boxs Abstract As the appearance of system for exchanging the busesrsquo; battery boxs at present is relatively mechanical and fragmented,I intend to design the appearance of system for exchanging the busesrsquo; battery boxs.For the design,I will study the theory of industrial systematic design and user-friendly design,in the same time,study and analyze the parts of system for exchanging busesrsquo; battery boxes. In the process,the design is in strict with the methods of the industrial design:collect the relevant information , collate, summarize, and design drafts,make the comparation,finalized,make model, writing paper. I design the appearance of system for exchanging the busesrsquo; battery boxs chiefly by means of color and shape.Finally,through analysis,in the color,blue and white which is be accepted highest and have a strong sense of science and technology is used;in the shape,combine the strict linear and humane chamfer.The entire design is systematic, user-friendly. 随着油价疯涨以及节能减排的压力的日益严峻，自2008年以来，以美国、日本、欧盟为代表的国家和地区相继加大了对电动汽车的重视程度。ldquo;十二五rdquo;期间，我国的也加大力度支持电动汽车科技创新，组织实施电动汽车科技发展专项规划。发展电动汽车是提高汽车产业竞争力、保障能源安全和发展低碳经济的重要途径。而公交车辆作为国家提倡的城市主要交通工具，快速发展电动公交车辆的使用成为当前首要任务。因此，相应的为电动公交汽车充电换电的充电换电系统也就应运而生了。据调研表明现有市场上的城市公交车辆换电系统每次为每辆公交车辆换电的时间为６分钟到８分钟，这与十几个小时的充电时间相比，大大缩短了。同时，为公交车辆换电池比为公交车辆电池直接充电，更加有利于国家电网合理调度为换下来的电池的充电时间，能够有效利用用电低谷时间来进行统一充电。 目前，换电系统是处于刚起步阶段。所以，市场上现有的是换电系统的外观设计，基本上比较机械化、死板、单调、冷漠，站内各个工作设备之间在外观设计上基本上是独立的个体，不能形成统一性。同时，目前的换电站的外观设计在人性化设计和情感化设计上相对薄弱，在站内工作的工作人员比较容易疲惫，产生烦躁感；而进站换电的司机，会感觉整个环境比较枯燥，让人很不耐烦，感觉时间过得比较慢。由
