μ,δ,κ阿片受体在创伤失血性休克大鼠心血管功能抑制中的作用(The role of mu, Delta, and kappa opioid receptors in cardiovascular function inhibition in rats with traumatic hemorrhagic shock) The role of mu, Delta, and kappa opioid receptors in cardiovascular function inhibition in rats with traumatic hemorrhagic shock Update Date: 2010-09-08, Liu Liangming, Lu Ruquan, Hu Deyao, Chen Huisun, Chen Yan, but Fei Jun [Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiac function inhibition in rats with traumatic hemorrhagic shock and the roles of mu, Delta and kappa opioid receptors. Using the method of traumatic hemorrhagic shock model of rats, observed after traumatic hemorrhagic shock in rat heart and brain mu, relationship between Delta and kappa opioid receptor changes and hemodynamic indexes; to observe the effect of delta and kappa opioid receptor antagonist on hemodynamics in rat traumatic hemorrhagic shock. Results after traumatic hemorrhagic shock, rat heart and brain Delta and kappa opioid receptor affinity number increased significantly, no obvious change, heart and brain Delta and kappa opioid receptor number increased with traumatic hemorrhagic shock in rats after hemodynamic index decline was negatively correlated. The specific antagonist of delta and kappa opioid receptor can reverse the hemodynamic indexes of traumatic hemorrhagic shock rats significantly. Conclusion Delta and kappa opioid receptors play an important role in the cardiovascular function of traumatic hemorrhagic shock, and they are involved in the pathogenesis of traumatic hemorrhagic shock. Keywords traumatic hemorrhagic shock; opioid receptor; cardiovascular function; rats; Importance of, and Receptors in Cardiovascular delta kappa Opioid Depression Following Traumatic Hemorrhagic Shock in Rats LIU Liang-ming, LU Ru-quan, HU De-yao, et al.
