They are intended to be installed anywhere where the operator can reach or separate electrical locations. This standard is the EMC standard of the product, which takes precedence over all general standards in all respects and requires no additional testing. These requirements are chosen to ensure that the UPS has an appropriate level of electromagnetic compatibility in public or industrial locations. However, these levels do not override extreme conditions, which can occur anywhere, but with a very low probability. In order to meet the changing range of physical size and power rating of UPS, various test conditions should be considered. As an independent product, the UPS unit or UPS system shall meet the relevant requirements of this standard without regard to the EMC phenomenon resulting from any load on the output of the UPS device.
