Clinical Research on Supplementing Qi to Reinforce Spleen and Stomach Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis Speciality:Internal medicine of TCM Author:Wang Ying Tutor:Professor Zhao Quanlin Abstract Objective: To observe effectiveness and safety of supplementing Qi to reinforce spleen and stomach treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.To discuss its relative advantages comparing with domperidone in order to provide the basis for clinical practice. Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of diabetic gastroparesis,select the patients with diabetic gastroparesis.Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria to choose the 60 cases of qualified patients.60 cases of diabetic gastroparesis patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients,30 cases of the control group.Both groups maintain the original diet control,exercise and glucose-lowering treatment.The treatment group to BuZhongYiQi soup,the control group to domperidone 5mg,three times a day,three weeks course of treatment.Through observeing the blood glucose and the clinical symptoms, using applicational software SPSS19.0 to the relevance of the data statistic analysis and get a summary of the relevance between treatment group and control group. Results: Through clinical observation and comparison between the treatment group and the control one,both groups has curative effect on decreasing the blood glucose and improving symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis, but the treatment group was better than the control one. Conclusions:BuZhongYiQi soup has obvious advantages in decreasing blood glucose and improving clinical symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis patients.
