從事製造業相關活動的貿易公司 Trading Firms with Manufacturing - related Functions 受中國經濟開放政策所吸引，很多本港廠商把生產線移至中國內地，而一些本 港進出口貿易公司於內地經營生產機構。透過這種分判製造工序予中國內地的 活動，本港商人利用當地大量的勞工及土地資源。遷移生產線至內地的公司， 大多在香港繼續經營，作為貿易公司，把在內地生產的貨物進口香港再轉口至 外地市場。這些在香港經營進出口貿易的公司，不少會為在中國內地的聯繫生 產機構提供與製造業相關的技術支援服務(例如產品設計、樣本及工模製造、 生產籌劃)。 自一九九五年，本月刊每年均有刊登有關這課題的專題文章。本文探討上述發 展的一些新情況。 Driven by the open economic policies of China， many Hong Kong manufacturers have relocated their manufacturing processes to the mainland of China. Some importlexport (I/E) firms in Hong Kong also operate factories in the Mainland. Through the sub-contract processing arrangement in the mainland of China (SPAC)， Hong Kong en仕epreneurs take advantage of the abundant labour and land resources across the border. Most of the firms which have moved their manufacturing processes into the Mainland continue to operate in Hong Kong， 的I/E firms. This could facilitate importation， and subsequent re-exportation， of goods. produced in the Mainland to foreign markets. These firms， operating as I1E firms in Hong Kong， often will provide manufacturing-related technical support services to the associated manufacturing firms in the Mainland， e.g. product design， sample and mould making， production planning. Feature
