With the closed cooling water system as example, through analyzing the demands for technological process and design principles,the control logics for associated facilities are determined. Combining with design procedures, the logic diagrams and analogue diagrams of the process system are formed finally.The whole drawing process verifies the feasibility of these design rules,which have certain guiding significance for designing IC systems of similar units in the future.
