T he organizational structure of commercial banks should adapt to the chan ges in missions, objectives and competitive strategies to guarantee the smooth realization of organizational strategy of commercial banks. Affected by the traditional mode of planned economy, the organizational structure of Chinese commercial banks cannot reflect indeed the organizational strategy of banks. Chinese commercial banks must manage to coordinate and cooperate with organizational strategy for development in the future organizational planning and organizational reconstruction.
