电厂分散控制系统控制器失电事故处理预案研究

摘要 ： 控制 系统 中的电源系统是 电厂控制 系统 中的一个非常重要的 系统 ，是 电厂分散控制 系统能够
长期稳定运行的基础 。 对于运行 中的机组来说 ，分散控制 系统的控制器如果发生失电故障往往会 引起 比
较严重的后果。 为 了保证 电厂的安全稳定运行 ，对 电厂的分散控制 系统制定应急预案 ，针对分散控制 系
统的失电情况采取相应的应对措施非常重要 。本文针对某电厂三期工程DCS在调试和运行过程 中出现的
种种 问题 ，结合OVATION控制 系统的特点 ，介绍 了某电厂三期DCS控制器失电事故预想 ， 目的之一是 掌
握执行机构失去控制信号后 的动作特性 ，二是检查软件设置和联锁保护设计是否有优化的空间，三是为
异常处理和恢复提供参考。

Abstract ： Power system is a very important system in the control system, which is the basis of the smoothly running of
control system. The result is very serious if the power system of the control system is poweroff. The article describes the pre-
caution of DCS controller on the loss of power supply of power plant according to the problems arising from the commissioning
and running of the project. The purpose of this article can be summarized as below: 1 learning the character of the actuator
