CPS标准下吉林电网调度运行控制措施的改进及应用 Improvement and Application of Dispatch Performance Measures in Jilin Power Grid Under CPS 王绍然，李振元，刘乐，傅吉悦 （吉林省电力有限公司，吉林 长春 130021） ABSTRACT: For the new control performance standard presented by Northeast China grid, this paper analyses several problems including the regulating capacity, tie-line load fluctuation, unit primary frequency control etc existed in dispatch performance of Jilin power grid. It also suggests corresponding improvements to improve dispatch performance quality of Jilin power grid, including assessment and compensation of AGC, CPS control strateg
