Its mission is to enable students to master the basic knowledge of international commercial law, enhance the sense of law, for the future to engage in foreign trade, foreign economic contract signing and processing of foreign economic disputes and lay a solid foundation. Two, summary International law this course has taken comparative method in writing style, namely, from the perspective of comparative law introduces the law of capitalism two commercial legal system, and the relevant international conventions and practices in international trade. The third chapter deals with the law of sale of the United Nations, which takes the Convention on Contracts for sale of the United Nations as the point of penetration, and expounds the establishment of the contract of sale, the obligations of both parties, and remedies for the breach of the contract of sale.
