中国城市中学生网络成瘾倾向及成瘾者上网目的分析 首席医学网 ???? 2009年03月09日 10:26:55 Monday?? 268 作者：张琳，季成叶，黄丽巧????作者单位：北京大学儿童青少年卫生研究所，北京 100191。  【摘要】? 　　目的 了解我国中学生网络成瘾倾向流行现状及其表现特征，为进行预防干预提供依据。方法 资料来自2005年全国青少年健康危险行为调查，对18个省(区、市)城市181 832名中学生长时间上网和网络成瘾倾向报告情况进行分析。结果 中学生长时间上网报告率为6.7%（男生为10.1%，女生为3.5%），网络成瘾倾向报告率为8.6%（男生为12.4%，女生为5.0%），性别差异有统计学意义(P值均＜0.01)。中学生网络成瘾报告率随年级而上升，高中生高于初中生，高一达最高峰。有成瘾倾向者位居前3位的上网目的分别是聊天、玩游戏和多媒体娱乐。结论 针对中学生网络成瘾现象开展健康教育非常必要。 【关键词】? 因特网；行为，成瘾；目的；学生；市区人口 　　Prevalence of Internet Addiction and the Purpose of Their Internet Use Among Urban Middle School Students in China/ 　　ZHANG Lin, JI Chengye, HUANG Liqiao. 　　Institute of Child and Adolescent Health, Peking Uniersity, Beijing(100191), China??? 　　【Abstract】?? Objective?? To identify the prevalence and the characteristic features of Internet addiction among Chinese middle school students, and to provide bases for the intervention measures. Methods??? Data came from the 2005 Chinese National Survey on Youth Health Risk Behaviors. Data of 181 832 students were analyzed, which were mainly focused on the prevalence of long time spent on Internet and Internet addiction. Results??? About 6.7% (10.1% for males and 3.5% for females) spent more than four hours per day in resent seven days. The reported rate of Internet addiction was 8.6% (12.4% for male and 5.0% for female). Significant difference exists between the sexes(P＜0.01). Prevalence rate of Internet addiction increased with grades and reached the peak at senior one grade. The main purposes of the addict to go to Internet were successively chatting, playing games and multimedia amusement. Conclusion???
