In order to adapt tothese changes, the control system is no longer the traditional centralized manner thatputs all field instruments and apparatuses together, but appears the distributed controlsystem which is consists of process control level and process monitoring level. It withthe network as the core, it will be linked by the sites which distributed in weredifferent locations of industrial field,has formed the control mode withdistributed control, centralized operation, classification management, configureconvenient, flexible configuration. This paper focuses on study the method of construct distributed control system asthe design of sandstones processing system in the hydropower station for thebackground. In this design, Profibus-DP fieldbus is used in device layer, the fieldnode and control node based on connection mode of the wireless Communication.The master controller adopt Siemens S7300 series with Ethernet interface controller.CPU 315-2 PN/DP,salve station use ET200M module, wireless communication module in master station is use Siemens wireless access
