从“薄厥”不同解释看神明问题 　【摘要】 “薄厥”是《内经》明文记载的由情志刺激引发的一种疾病。历代注家对“薄厥”的病机有各种不同的解释。对这些解释的分析表明，解释者对待“神明”问题上的不同态度，有可能是导致对“薄厥”的不同解释的一个主要原因。张山雷对“薄厥”的失误解释分析表明，中西医在“薄厥”（中风）的病理解释问题上的异同需要被极为谨慎地处理。这对现代中医情志研究有所启发。 【关键词】 薄厥； 黄帝内经； 神 Abstract：Sudden reversal is a kind of disease originates from affect-mind stimulation which was recorded in the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.
