关于酸化电位水生成原理及其灭菌效果探究 　【摘要】 以水和低浓度的电解质水溶液制备酸化电位水，并探讨其生成机制和灭菌原理，对其灭菌效果进行了试验。结果表明，用电解法制取酸化电位水是可行的；酸化电位水具有较强的灭菌作用，因其制作生成简单，故酸化电位水具有很好的发展前景。 【关键词】 电解；酸化电位水；灭菌 Studies on productive theory and sterilizing effect of the acid electrolyzed water 【Abstract】 The acid electrolyzed water is produced based on water and NaCl electrolyte of low concentration. Studies were made on the production and the sterilizing theory. Further studies were made on the sterilizing efficiency of acid electrolyzed water. Results indicated that it was practicable to prepare acid electrolyzed water by electrolysis；acid electr
