衡水市中小企业信息化建设问题与对策研究 摘 要：在信息时代，随着信息技术不断的发展和完善，企业的信息化技术不断提高。信息技术的广泛应用使得生产要素之间的交流与合作更加紧密。因而，信息化技术已成为提高一个国家或地区综合实力、生产力水平的关键因素。积极推广和应用信息技术既顺应当今世界经济发展的趋势，也是提高我国综合实力的重要因素。 为说明衡水市中小企业信息化建设的现状和存在的问题，理清衡水市中小企业信息化发展的思路，为衡水市中小企业信息化建设提供科学的参考依据。本文首先阐述了与企业信息化有关的理论；其次，通过对已有的大量资料的研究，在发现国内中小企业信息化建设中存在的问题的基础上，以衡水市的中小企业为主要研究对象，发现在信息化过程中存在的问题；最后，就其存在的问题提出解决方案。 关键词：衡水市；中小企业；信息化；问题；对策 Hengshui City Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Informatization Construction Problems and Countermeasures Abstract: An Analysis of Information Constructions in Hengshui and its Countermeasures Abstract:In the information age, with the development and improvement of information technology, the degree of enterprise information also increased. Information technology is applied widely much more closer. So the level of information is an important sign for comprehensive strength and productivity of the country or some areas.To promote and apply information technology is not only a trend of world economic development, but also the key factor for enhancing the national comprehensive strength. To illustrate the necessary and urgency of building SME’s information, and clarify its development ideas, this paper could provide a scientific reference. Firstly, the paper describes some basic theories of enterprise information. Secondly, finds the problems in domestic SME information construction. This paper mainly studies SME information construction of Hengshui and find the problems. At last, it presents solutions for Hengshui’s SME information construction.
