2 0 0 8 年 10 月 农 业 机 械 学 报 第 39 卷 第 10 期 我国排灌机械的研究现状与展望 袁寿其 　王新坤 　　【摘要】　排灌机械在我国农田灌溉 、排涝抗旱 、保障农业稳定高产及生态环境建设等方面发挥着重要作用 ,具 有广阔的市场空间与发展前景 。经过 50 多年的发展 ,排灌机械在理论研究、技术性能和制造水平等方面已经取得 了长足进步 ,但在产品的安全可靠性 、品种规格 、性能质量 、配套程度及售后服务等方面还有待于进一步提高 。应 加大新技术 、新材料 、新工艺在排灌机械领域的研究与应用力度 ,加强基础理论研究 ,改进和完善产品性能 ,提高设 备与技术的可靠性 、配套性和先进性 ,推动排灌机械向高效 、多功能、低能耗 、环保 、智能化方向发展 。 关键词 : 排灌机械 　研究进展 　发展趋势 中图分类号 : S277 9 ; N 1 文献标识码 : A Present Research Situation and Perspective of Drainage and Irrigation Machinery in China Yuan Shouqi 　Wang Xinkun (J iangs u Univers ity , Zhenj iang 2 120 13 , Chi na) Abstract The irrigation and drainage machinery play an import ant role in t he irrigation , combat flood and drought , ensure agricult ural steady high p roduction and ecolo gical environment const ruction , and it has broad market and t he developing p ro spect s. After more t han 50 year s develop ment , China has made great p rogress in fundament al research , technical performance and scale in irrigation and drainage machinery , but mentioning about p roduct securit y reliability , variety specification , performance qualit y , matching degree and po stsale service , China still has long way to go to imp rove t hem . The new technology , new materials , new craft research and application effort s in t he field of drainage and irrigation machinery should be enhanced , and basic t heoretical research should be st rengt hened , p roduct performance should be imp roved and t he reliabilit y , systematization and advant age of equip ment and technology should be perfect and
