106年度科技部科教發展及國際合作司 傑出研究獎申請注意事項 請填寫英文申請書以利國際審查。 研究成果請提供近五年內（2012/09/01至2017/08/31）之資料。於本次申請截止日前五年內曾生產或請育嬰假者，得加填2010年與2011年著作資料，並請於本部線上申請系統指定處上傳證明文件。 如曾為傑出獎得主，請提供最近一次傑出獎後之資料。 獎勵類別分為基礎研究與應用研究類，申請任一類獎勵均須提供下列所有資料： (一)、近五年內最具近五年研發工具之數量開發之課程或所舉辦之活動/競賽計畫成果推廣（如研討會、工作坊、電子報、網站）之次數與參與（閱聽）人數影響人數與類別（例如校長、主任、教師、學生、家長、一般大眾對研究成果關注程度（如媒體報導）近五年 科學教育相關學術社群貢獻：例如 (1)近五年內擔任國際學會辦理之學術研討會plenary speech、keynote speech等。 (2)近五年內領導執行之大型、整合型研究計畫或產學合作計畫。 (3)近五年內在國內外學術社群的服務，如：擔任國內外重要學術學會理監事、國內外知名學術期刊編輯或審查委員等。 (4)執行國際合作計畫、承辦大型國際學術會議、延攬國際學者等。 以上資料以5頁為限。 (四)、五年內最具代表性著作資料(最多五項)  Summarize the academic contribution of the applicant’s most representative written works during the most recent 5 years.
