A long time, ball collecting device through several improvements, technology is mature with each passing day, but the ball collecting device in use there are still tedious operation, poor safety and other issues. This paper introduced a set of new R D ball collecting device, The device uses a knife type valve and a ball type valve, reasonable arrangement of two valve switch order, without switching process, without affecting the normal production conditions, can be easily recycled wax cleaning ball. Through field application, device has the advantages of simple operation, safety and reliability, energy saving and environmental protection advantages, has been praised by users. Key words: Wax cleaning ball；Ball collecting device；Oil gathering pipeline；nife type valve；all type valve 文献标识码：A 0 前言 目前，长庆油田采用丛式井组单管密闭集输工艺，依靠油井自压将原油输送到增压点[]。因地面与地下的温差很大，所以原油从井下被抽出地面后，很快析出大量的蜡附着在输油管内壁上，导致管线通径变小，原油流通不畅，甚至堵塞管线，影响原油生产。因此，采用井场投放清蜡球、增压点收回清蜡球的方法来清除集油管线内壁上的蜡[]。 长期以来，收球装置经过多次的改进，虽然技术日趋成熟，但一直没有摆脱烦琐的手工操作。目前使用的快开过滤收球装置每次收球首先打开旁通管线的阀门，再关闭收球装置前后的两个阀门，然后泄掉储球筒内的压力，加热化蜡，打开快开盲板，再将清蜡球从储球筒中取出[]，图1为快开过滤收球装置流程简图。恢复正常生产流程也需要同样的繁琐操作，这样繁琐的操作不仅劳动强度大，而且还存在着很大的安全隐患。例如：开关阀门的先后次序问题；快开盲板的开关到位问题等。 2009年，研制投运了一套定时自动收球装置，装置利用一个特制的球阀，配合自动化控制，实现无人值守定时自动收球，不仅解决烦琐的手工操作，而且实现自动化、数字化管理[]，图2为定时自动收球装置结构简图。然而，装置在三年多的运行过程中暴露出一些问题，主要
