Survivin及p27kipl在胆囊癌组织中表达及相关性探究 　 作者：张宗利　柴杰　马德民　高延超 【摘要】 　　目的：检测胆囊癌组织中Survivin和p27kipl的表达，研究二者与胆囊癌临床病理特征的关系，并探讨二者的相关性。方法：采用免疫组织化学技术检测50例胆囊癌、20例胆囊息肉、20例胆囊炎组织中Survivin和p27kipl表达。结果：50例胆囊癌组织中39例Survivin蛋白表达阳性，22例p27kipl蛋白表达阳性，二者表达呈负相关系；Survivin在胆囊息肉和胆囊炎组织中不表达，p27kipl在胆囊息肉和胆囊炎组织中呈高表达；Survivin在胆囊癌组织中的表达与患者性别、年龄、病理分级、Nevin分期和淋巴结转移无关（P＞0.05），p27kipl在胆囊癌组织中的表达与病理分级、Nevin分期、淋巴结转移有关（P＜0.05），而与年龄、性别无明显相关性。结论：Survivin和p27kipl表达异常可能在胆囊癌的发生、发展中起重要作用，二者在胆囊癌的发生、发展中有相互作用；Survivin在胆囊癌组织中的高表达提示其可能与肿瘤的发生有关；p27kipl有可能成为判断胆囊癌预后的有效指标之一。 【关键词】 胆囊肿瘤·p27kipl·Survivin·免疫组织化学 　　Expression and implication of Survivin and its correlation with p27kipl in gallbladder cancer 【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To study the expression of Survivin and p27kipl and their relationship with the clinical features of gallbladder cancer. Methods: Fifty specimens of gallbladder cancer, 20 specimens of chronic cholecystitis, 20 specimens of polypoid lesions of gallbladder（PLG） were included, the expression of Survivin and p27kipl were detected using immunohistochemistry assay. Results: In 50 cases of gallbladder cancer, 39 cases expressed Survivin and 22 cases expressed p27kipl. There was a negative correlation between the expression of p27 and survivin （Plt;0. 05）, 13 cases of 39 Survivin-positive cases were p27kipl positive, but 9 cases of 11 Survivin-negative cases were p27kipl positive. Survivin was not detected in chronic cholecystitis and PLG, but p27kipl was positive in chronic cholecystitis and PLG. The expression of Survivin in gallbladder cancer had no association with the patients? age and gender, the pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of gallbladder cancer（P＞0.05）, but the expression of p27kipl was related to the pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of gallbladder cancer （P＜0.05，it had no association with the patients’ age and gender. Conclusions: Survivin and p27kipl might play important roles in initiation and development of gallbladder carcinoma. 【KEY WORD
