摘要 随着经济的发展和医疗卫生体制改革的深入，我国医疗卫生资源极大丰富， 医疗服务供给能力大幅度提高。但同时也暴露了医疗服务公平性下降和卫生投 入效率低下的问题。人民群众看病难、看病贵及公共卫生恶化等现象的日益凸 现，使得如何协调医疗卫生资源供给与需求的矛盾成为当务之急。 本文选择山西省为研究范围，探讨医疗卫生资源的供需状况，以期为医疗 卫生体制的深入改革及医疗保险的进一步发展提供理论依据和参考。首先，本 文通过各年份及地区之间的比较，说明山西省现有医疗卫生资源的状况及变化 过程，归纳其基本特点并对影响医疗卫生资源配置和利用的有关因素进行深入 分析；其次，在研究山西省医疗需求现状的基础上总结其特点及未来变化趋势， 并对影响医疗需求现状和趋势的各因素进行深入讨论；再次，基于以上分析， 本文运用需求法和供需比评价法对山西省的医疗卫生资源进行定量分析，揭示 出医疗供给与需求之间存在的矛盾及其产生的影响。最后，针对所存在的问题， 提出协调山西省医疗卫生资源供给与需求的建议，力求达到合理配置医疗卫生 资源、满足医疗需求的目的，为中国医疗卫生资源供给与需求矛盾的解决提供 可兹借鉴的经验。 【关键词】 医疗卫生资源 医疗需求 社区医疗卫生服务 医疗保险 III Abstract With the economic development and deepening of health care system reform, the medical health resources of China are great and abundant, medical care supplies ability be improved by a large margin. At the same time, the fairness of medical health decline and the efficiency of hygiene invest reduce be exposed. It is difficult and expensive for the people to diagnose the illness and public health become worsen , these phenomenon make how coordinate the contradiction of medical health resource supply and demand become the most important task. This thesis select Shanxi as research range, probe into the state between supply and demand of medical health resources, in order to provide the theoretical foundation for the deepening reform of the medical health system and further development of medical insurance.
