This study investigated the effect of weight loss on a mouse model of simple obesity. 1 experimental materials Qingping (provided by Guangzhou tea slimming Hui Exhibition Enterprise Development Co., No. 981201); Kunming mice (weighing 20 ~ 22 g, male and female; experimental animal center of First Military Medical University). 2 experimental method 2.1 the preparation of nutritional obesity model [1]: Kunming mice were given nutritious diet for 2 weeks, which led to a simple nutritional obesity model. Nutritional feed is made up of basic feeds (70%), milk powder (10%), lard (10%), egg yolk powder (10%), and cod liver oil (10 drops).
