At Pazhou Complex Jane Huang (A), a receptionist of The Canton Fair at the Pazhou Complex, is introducing the Canton Fair, and something about the SCAN Exhibitors+Exhibits Search, to Steven Bright (B). A: Good morning, sir. Welcome to the Canton Fair Pazhou Complex. B: Good morning, Miss. What a large crowd A: Yes. The Canton Fair has been held twice a year in Spring and Autumn since the spring of 1957. Many visitors come to the fair every year. Last session we had more than 200,000 visitors. This session the number of visitors is expected to increase. B: You call them visitors, but they are really sellers and buyers. A: Yes. As you know, the Canton Fair is the No. 1 fair in China. It has become very important to our foreign trade. There are over 100,000 kinds of famous brand products on display. It features high quality products, specialties and products adopting advanced technology from various parts of the country. B: It’s great! So visitors can see samples of what there is to buy. A: Yes. You can sit down to have a business talk with the sellers in the booth and buy anything you like. B: What if I just want to get to know the exhibitors and their products﹖ A: You can search them at the SCAN Exhibitors + Exhibits Search. There are 7 SCAN spots on the First Floor and 5 SCAN spots on the Fourth Floor. B: Oh, that’s very convenient. A: Here is the layout of the Exhibition Hall and the catalogue. B: Wonderful.
