河南财经学院本科生毕业论文 我国承接服务外包SWOT分析 专　　业 学　　号 姓　　名 指导教师 年月日,为了加快服务外包的发展,我国政府应积极制定相关的政策,吸引跨国公司开展服务外包业务,推动服务外包行业的发展;企业方面应着重加强品牌建设、扩大企业规模等,大力提升其服务外包竞争力。 本文首先阐述服务外包的概念、类型和其产生的原因、特点及现状，并运用劳动分工理论、核心竞争力理论、交易费用理论分别从不同角度对服务外包产生的原因进行了理论分析。其次，分析了我国承接服务外包的重大战略意义，得出发展现代服务业是我国经济和社会发展的必然选择。再次，按照SWOT分析模式，从优势、弱势、机会、威胁四个方面，对产业发展环境进行了详细剖析，并在分析的基础上，从政府和企业两个层面提出了促进我国服务外包发展的建议及策略。 总之，与传统产业相比，特别是与制造业外包相比，国际服务外包有利于节约承接国的自然资源、保护环境，有利于承接国各生产要素的更有效配置。我国应该抓住这一发展机遇，结合自身特点，构建一套承接服务外包的策略体系，充分利用这一国际趋势增加我国国民的就业机会，提升产业结构，实现经济的可持续协调发展。 关键词：服务外包；经济发展；策略 Abstract Recent years，intemational service outsourcing has developed rapidly with the globalization and the development of information technology．Many companies choose it as a strategic to improve their core competitiveness．It also has promoted a new round of global industrial transfer．For China,it iS an opportunities but also challenge．As one of the important undertaking countries for international service outsourcing , Chinese government must set up the related positive policies that aim to attract transnational corporations to commence service outsourcing business and promote the development of service outsourcing industry. Enterprises must pay more attention to the construction of product brand , the expansion of production scale , and the competitive power of service outsourcing. Firstly，this paper illustrates the definition,the types of service outsourcing, cause s of development,characters and current situation thoroughly.Then analysizes the reason of service outsourcing from different aspects by using the Division of Labor Theory，Core Competence Theory，Transaction Cost Theory.Then this paper analyse the the great significance of taking over the international service outsoucing. It is necessary for China to develop service outsourcing．Then according to SWOT mode，this thesis anatomized the industry circumstance upon four facets such as STRENGTH，WEAKNESS，OPPORTUNITY and THREAT．Afterwards based on the foregoing，this thesis proposes some suggestio
