河北省公共安全技术防范管理规定（Provisions of Hebei Province on the administration of public safety technical precautions） Provisions of Hebei Province on the administration of public safety technical precautions Decree No. second [2004] of the peoples Government of Hebei Province Provisions of Hebei Province on the administration of public safety technical precautions Article 1 These Provisions are formulated for the purpose of strengthening the management of public security technologies, safeguarding the safety of state and collective property and citizens lives and property, and maintaining social stability. The second is engaged in public security technology within the administrative region of this province (hereinafter referred to as the security guard) production, sales and technical security system design, installation, maintenance and use, and management of the above activities, these Provisions shall apply. The third mentioned in these Provisions refers to the use of security technology, science and technology, to prevent, find and stop the illegal acts and major security incidents, improve the level of science and technology of anti terrorist activities, the maintenance of public security. The term safety technical protection products as mentioned in these Regulations refers to special products with the functions of anti invasion, robbery prevention, theft prevention, damage prevention and explosion prevention. The term safety technology prevention system as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the comprehensive prevention system of using safety technology to prevent products and other related products. Fourth Peoples governments at all levels should strengthen the leadership of the work of security technology, and integrate them into the overall goal of social security administration, and coordinate and urge relevant departments to do a good job in management.
